Description

The Project Manager + Integrator is the right hand person to the CEO of the The Independent Clinician. The PMI is responsible for overseeing contractors, creating and executing project plans, and managing the projects and tasks of the CEO. They are responsible for translating the vision of the CEO into actionable project plans and assigning and overseeing the work of the contractors to make the execution of projects happen. They oversee the CEO’s marketing and launch activity and fill in the gaps where support is needed. If anyone on the team has a question about their assignments, the PMI knows the answers. They are essentially the liaison between the CEO and the team so the CEO has space to execute their work. Contractors that the PMI will oversee include member mentors/community managers in The Independent Clinician Facebook communities, a marketing assistant, and contractors that are occasionally engaged to do short term tech projects related to launches, course funnels, etc. The PMI is available for weekly meetings with the CEO and biweekly meetings for the team’s reporting of KPIs/metrics.
